Builder’s Edition K14ce

Coffey music is proud to offer our customers all varieties of Taylor instruments, and this Builder’s Edition K14ce is no exception– it is one of our most incredible offerings to date. This Grand Auditorium guitar features a Hawaiian Koa back and sides with a Sitka spruce top. The guitar is equipped with V-Class bracing, which creates a more orderly response from the soundboard, improves sustain, and improves the natural intonation of the instrument. The body also features more curves than the average guitar, with a beveled armrest, body edge treatment, and reshaped cutaway that incorporates a finger bevel where the cutaway meets the soundboard. This allows the performer easier reach toward the guitar’s upper-register notes. The ‘silent’ satin finish quiets the incidental noise against the guitar body, and the new Kona burst and koa/paua top and trim complement the natural beauty of the guitar. This guitar is a Taylor-made masterpiece and sounds absolutely incredible.
